Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. If an order is delivered late due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, traffic, crowd, etc.), only extra delivery charges may be refunded.
  2. Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits, and sweets are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.
  3. Products are not eligible for return after delivery. However, in case of damaged or faulty items, replacement or partial refund may be offered after verification.
  4. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 2–7 working days.
  5. Orders with delivery scheduled within 48 hours cannot be canceled or refunded.
  6. The Bow and Go reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
  7. Complaints must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
