Customers can conveniently place orders online and have gifts delivered directly to the recipient’s doorstep.

At The Bow and Go, we understand that gifting is personal. For customers who prefer privacy or a personal touch, The Bow and Go also provides an option to deliver gifts on behalf of the sender without mentioning the company’s name. In such cases, the gift is delivered as a personal surprise, and the company’s dedicated rider verbally informs the receiver that the gift has been specially sent by the sender (e.g., “XYZ has sent this especially for you”).

We also offer Midnight Delivery, where gifts are delivered precisely at 12:00 AM, making the surprise truly unforgettable.

1. The Bow and Go does not allow writing messages directly on products. All messages will be written on a greeting card or a customized handwritten tag only.
2. We do not guarantee time-specific deliveries for special occasions, events, or holidays.
3. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information will not be processed, and The Bow and Go will not be responsible for non-delivery in such cases.
4. If the wrong city or delivery location is selected, The Bow and Go will not be held responsible for delivery failure.
5. Delivery timelines are calculated from the time payment is received, not from the time the order is placed.
6. If the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the phone number is unreachable, the order will be considered a closed case.
7. By creating an account, placing an order, or saving personal information, you agree to all The Bow and Go terms and conditions.
8. Anonymous gifting is available. Sender and receiver details are required internally, but the sender name can be kept hidden upon request.
9. Messages provided by the sender will be written exactly as received. The Bow and Go is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors.
10. Deliveries to public or restricted locations (such as hospitals, colleges, offices, or secured areas) require an alternate contact number. No full refund will be issued if delivery fails due to recipient unavailability.
11. We value customer feedback, reviews, and complaints and aim to improve our services accordingly.
12. If the recipient collects the order at a later time, product freshness or quality cannot be guaranteed.
13. If riders are required to wait excessively at secure or restricted locations, The Bow and Go will not be responsible for any product quality issues.
14. Out-of-city deliveries are handled through third-party courier services; specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
15. The Bow and Go is not responsible for courier delays. However, if delivery is delayed by more than three working days, we will try to compensate reasonably.

1. If an order is delivered late due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, traffic, crowd, etc.), only extra delivery charges may be refunded.
2. Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits, and sweets are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.
3. Products are not eligible for return after delivery. However, in case of damaged or faulty items, replacement or partial refund may be offered after verification.
4. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 2–7 working days.
5. Orders with delivery scheduled within 48 hours cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. The Bow and Go reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
7. Complaints must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

2. Actual products may vary slightly in color, design, packaging, or decoration due to seasonal availability.
3. If a selected product is unavailable, The Bow and Go reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value.
4. Taste-based or personal preference complaints are not entertained unless the product is damaged or spoiled.
5. Any complaint regarding damaged or spoiled products must be supported with clear photos and shared within 24 hours of delivery.
