Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If an order is delivered late due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, traffic, crowd, etc.), only extra delivery charges may be refunded.
- Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, fruits, and sweets are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched.
- Products are not eligible for return after delivery. However, in case of damaged or faulty items, replacement or partial refund may be offered after verification.
- Refunds, if approved, are processed within 2–7 working days.
- Orders with delivery scheduled within 48 hours cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The Bow and Go reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
- Complaints must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
